Notes

Recorded at RAI studios [Rome, Italy] in 1976 for the television broadcast “Incontro con Don Cherry” presented by Franco Fayenz. This is a repress of [r15631810], with a revised and corrected rear sleeve, and a new 21 cm x 21 cm, four-page insert. The same photo of a 1975 Organic Music tapestry by Moki Cherry is used again, but new liner notes, dated 2020-09, by the guitar player Gian Piero Pramaggiore are added, as well as three concert photos. Changes and corrections that have been made on the rear sleeve: - Nana has been corrected to Naná, both in track title and credits. - Kora played by Don Cherry has been corrected to Donso N'goni. - Vocal credits have been added for everybody. - Composers credits have been added. Runouts are hand-etched with a combined "TK" (looking a bit like an "R") for the cutting engineer. Includes a Bandcamp digital download code.
