All sales are final. No refunds.
New Product
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on open product that is not defective. High-Fidelity reserves the right to deem what is defective and what is not. High-Fidelity will replace a manufacturer's defective disc within 60 days of shipment date with a pre-checked, non-defective disc of the same title. The customer is responsible for shipping back the item to us. A replacement will be sent via USPS Media Mail for domestic orders and via DHL Priority Mail for all international orders.
If deemed not defective, High-Fidelity will return your item to you explaining why we have reached such a decision. In the event High-Fidelity is unable to replace a defective disc with the same title, a credit for exchange will be given toward other product(s) in High-Fidelity current catalog.
All other returns and exchanges must be approved by a customer service representative and must be in new condition, accompanied with a note that includes the Invoice Number and precise reason for the return. For more information on contacting us, please contact us.
Used Product
Used products are sold as-is and based on the standard grading system. In the event that an ordered product is no longer available, your order will be adjusted and any appropriate refunds will be issued.
NOTE: In all cases involving the return of products, shipping charges (both to and from the customer) are totally at the expense of the customer, and are not refundable.
